You have a private double bedroom where you will enjoy complete privacy. You will have fresh bed linen, blanket/throw, pillows and towels. There is a bedside table/chest of drawers with lamp, and a double wardrobe with hangers that provide ample storage space. If you are staying more than one week, you will have a change of bedding and towels and your rooms cleaned on a weekly basis.
You have free internet and a smart TV where you watch TV channels, Netflix and YouTube.
Guest Parking
There is free parking available directly outside the house and 95% of the road is free parking. Also, the Forest Recreational Ground Park and Ride is at the end of the road where you can get free parking if you use the tram.
The Area and Transport
The Burford Hideaway is on Burford Road, off Gregory Boulevard in the heart of Forest Fields and a stones throw away from the Forest Recreational Ground.
Forest Fields and Hyson Green are a short walk down Gregory Boulevard and there you will find a diverse selection of shops, take-aways, and restaurants. Also, the house is less than 100 meters from the Forest Park and Ride (Goose Fair site), from there you can access the Nottingham tram service that is linked to the city centre, and the national and international travel networks.
It takes just 7 minutes to reach the Theatre Royal and Nottingham City Centre where you can enjoy its excellent restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transport and shopping facilities.

There are two shared kitchens on the ground floor at the back of the house and another on the 3rd floor. You can use the kitchen at your leisure and there is a microwave, a kettle, and fridge/freezer, you can use dining room table that comfortably seat 4 people.

Andrew was a great host and was very resposive and helpful when needed. The place was great and had everythig i needed for my stay. Would definately recommend.

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet. Everything was spot on except for 1 minor issue that may affect some people. The toilet was between 2 walls, making it a very narrow space. I could just about sit on the toilet, but it was a tight squeeze and quite uncomfortable. Just to keep in mind for anyone with minor mobility issues and/or wide hips!

Nice room / Airbnb set up with trams very nearby so easy to get around! Kitchen could maybe do with some more pans / trays for cooking but otherwise it was perfectly good for the time I was there. Thanks Andrew!

Clean, comfy big room with en-suite.
Andrew communicated really clearly with how to self check in.
It’s a quiet HMO. Comfy spacious room.
Free parking on the street outside the property is a plus.
About a 25-30min walk to theatre, however, the tram is at the bottom of the road & its 3 stops to the theatre.

Had a nice stay here, host was very responsive and helpful given I booked last-minute, gave really clear instructions for check in and nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room too.
