the house is very well equipped for your stay. kitchen well stocked with utensils and crockery. wifi is useable throughout the house. numerous tvs for your ease. bedroom has comfy double matress, changes of clean bed linen and towels plus access to a washing machine for your use. bedroom has a blackout blind and is very quiet. house gets regular professional cleans.
Guest Parking
street parking is availble immediately outside the house at no cost and the street is very safe.
The Area and Transport
The house is a very short walk from erdington train station where regular trains run in the city centre in under 10 minutes giving you easy access to all the theatres. Additionally there are many regular bus routes from erdington into the city centre. There are a number of supermarkets and local shops witrhin walking distance of the house to buy groceries and provisions.

Had a great week with Richard. Communication was great and the house was spotlessly clean. Easy and cheap commute to the theatre (10 min walk to station and short journey into New Street) would happily stay again!

3 weeks went by very comfortably at Richards. His place is a little palace, and the room itself has a comfy bed and plenty of storage.
Supermarkets within walking distance, a station is a brisk 10 minutes and regular trains into the centre.
Richard himself is a lovely guy and chill.

I had a lovely stay at Richard’s house. The property is beautifully presented and Richard was very accommodating and welcoming. Great transport links into central Birmingham and local amenities are very close. I would definitely stay again.

I had a great 3 week stay with Richard. Lovely comfy digs and an easy commute into town. 10 minute walk to the station and 15 minutes on the train into New Street. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place at an affordable price. Very spacious and Richard’s a lovely guy. Train station is literally a 10 minute walk and a 15 minute journey in to the centre.

Richard is a great host, very polite and respectful of your space. The house is lovely, very clean. There are regular buses into town.
A lock on the bathroom door would be a good addition, but otherwise I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely home. Lots of space. If working at any of the theatres it’s an easy 12 -15 minutes drive otherwise it’s two buses or a 12 min cab ride.

Alternatively to the bus there is a regular train from erdington train station which is a 3 minute walk from the house which takes you into New street station In 10 mins.
I find this is the easiest public transport.
