the house is very well equipped for your stay. kitchen well stocked with utensils and crockery. wifi is useable throughout the house. numerous tvs for your ease. bedroom has comfy double matress, changes of clean bed linen and towels plus access to a washing machine for your use. bedroom has a blackout blind and is very quiet. house gets regular professional cleans.

Guest Parking

street parking is availble immediately outside the house at no cost and the street is very safe.

The Area and Transport

The house is a very short walk from erdington train station where regular trains run in the city centre in under 10 minutes giving you easy access to all the theatres. Additionally there are many regular bus routes from erdington into the city centre. There are a number of supermarkets and local shops witrhin walking distance of the house to buy groceries and provisions.

Ritchard has such a beautiful home I will definitely be coming back in the future he was very nice and welcoming and the bed was super comfy I slept so well very spacious room and a good location in Birmingham thank you so much Richard
