Large, beautifully furnished, mid-century master bedroom with blackout blinds, beside the bathroom, in a 3-story Edwardian terrace, with access to outside yard, kitchen & living areas. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near Kirkstall Abbey, Headingley Stadium and the leafy Leeds-Liverpool canal.

The Area and Transport

The property is a 2 minute walk from Headingley Station, where trains run regularly into Leeds (10mins), Harrogate, Knaresborough & York. From the bottom of the road you can catch the The 50(A) bus into the City Centre and the A1 Flyer to Leeds Bradford Airport.

Beautiful double room. Lots of effort has clearly been put into the room and house. Really comfy bed and lots of little amenities too. Sarah is the perfect host, so welcoming, attentive, and very quick to respond. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sarah was a great host. The house was spotless and the room a generous size with plenty storage. Great communication and helpful tips of the area which helped me make the most of my stay. The perfect place to crash after a long day and feel safe and welcome.
