Living with Host

What does this mean?

There are two bedrooms available: a quiet double at the rear of the house, with a cosy deep carpet to tickle your toes when you get up, a firm mattress, french linen and a restful neutral colour scheme. There is also and a bright summery single room to the front of the house. A dreamy creamy colour scheme with a pop of warm colour to make you feel cosy. Both have blackout blinds and their own keys and share a family bathroom. However, there is also another shower available if both rooms are booked, and another separate toilet on the ground floor.

There is off road and on road parking, well lit and CCTV in operation.

The Area and Transport

My home is in a quiet residential area in the village of Woodmancote, an easy bus ride or drive into Cheltenham Town. We are very close to Bishops Cleeve, where you have two supermarkets, take aways, Italian restaurant and some nice pubs. We also have a lovely pub in Woodmancote and just up the hill we have The Rising Sun hotel and pub, with fantastic views across to the Malvern Hills. If you fancy a bit of upmarket dining, we are few minutes away from Ellenborough Park Hotel

This space is shared with 1 Host and 2 other paying Guests.

All room have their own key. If both rooms are booked, the bathroom is shared but if there is also another separate shower than can be used if needed.
There is also a downstairs toilet available to guests.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and dinning room, and of course the pretty back garden in warm weather. The lounge is also available during the day.

Excluded Facilities

The lounge may not not available in the evening if I have visitors.

It is a relaxed home but if you can remove outdoor shoes in the hall, I would be grateful. As we are in a lovely quiet area, any music or radio played must be kept very low. Alcohol is permitted in the home but not in the bedrooms. You are welcome to use the kitchen, hob and combination microwave/oven, but if you can clean up behind after use it would be appreciated.
