The property is ideally located in Manchester with excellent links to the city’s main theatres and cultural venues. The Palace Theatre, Manchester Opera House, HOME Theatre, and Royal Exchange Theatre are all easily accessible by public transport or a short drive.

Royal Exchange Theatre – approx. 5-10 minutes by bus/taxi, or 20–25 minutes on foot.

Public transport is convenient with regular buses into the city centre running every few minutes. Salford Central train station is also close by, offering excellent connections across the region and beyond. The neighbourhood itself is well-served with local shops, supermarkets, and cafés within walking distance, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a relaxed coffee before heading to rehearsals or shows.

The apartment is on an above-ground floor and is accessed via a lift within the development, making it step-free from street level. Once inside, the layout is open-plan with wide doorways and level flooring throughout the main living areas, kitchen, and bedrooms. The private terrace is accessed through sliding doors from the living space. Bathrooms feature modern fittings with a shower cubicle in the ensuite and a shower-over-bath in the main bathroom.

Families are welcome. The apartment has two separate double bedrooms and an open-plan living/kitchen area—great for keeping an eye on little ones while you cook or unwind. There’s a private terrace for fresh air (children must be supervised outdoors), plus a washer/dryer for easy clean-ups. We’re close to supermarkets, cafés and green canal-side spaces for strolls. Guests must be 18+ to book and stay as the named guest; children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. If you have specific needs (sleep arrangements, safety questions, bath vs. shower, etc.), just ask and we’ll confirm before you book.
