Luxury Barbican Suite (Plymouth)

Comfortable Accommodation: The apartment includes two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a extra large king size bed whilst the second room feature a normal king size bed. We also have available one single bed and two sofa-beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a walking shower and the second one with a walk-in shower. You can feature a spacious kitchen, dining and living room open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have available a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumbler drier as well.
We offer an amazing rooftop terrace with amazing views of the Barbican Harbour.
There is a piano available on the living room for those who love to play.
We offer room service for both food and drinks as well as a discount on food if you book a table in our restaurant whilst staying in the Barbican Suite.

Guest Parking

We have available one parking space, a short 10/15 minute walk from the Barbican Suite.
We have a small charge per day for the parking space.

The train station is only a 20 minute walk from the building.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

The apartment is exclusive to the guests during their stay.
Only the main back door of the building is shared in between guest and staff members, as they use the door to get in and out of the building.

This also includes e-cigarettes!
There is an outside space on the rooftop terrace where you can vape (normal cigarettes not allowed) but we ask you to keep both windows and door closed whilst you do it.

*Children under 10 years old:
Please supervise your children at all times.
We do not recommend access to the rooftop (especially unsupervised).
Children must not use the spiral staircase on their own.

*No parties or events are allowed inside of the apartment.

*Pets:
No pets allowed on top of the sofas and beds or inside the bathtub and showers.
