Lovely digs in Leeds! My partner and I stayed in the self contained flat, so spacious and cosy! Really grateful for the private parking as well. Carole was so helpful.

Carole was an amazing host and these digs were fantastic. We actually ended up staying in the house above (also listed on TDB) because some fellow cast mates were up there. The walk is a bit far and dark to walk at night but very easy and pleasant walk during the day especially with someone to walk with. Would highly recommend and will hope to stay again if I’m back in Leeds.

Lovely stay for my three weeks in Leeds! Carole is lovely. The flat is a two bed so I would recommend staying with someone else and bring the price down a bit between you. The flat is very nice and there is plenty of room. Great kitchen and bathroom, about a 30m walk to Leeds Grand which was very pleasant most days, even if I got taxis home after late nights. Would recommend!

Hi Lewis. Thank you for your kind review. The flat was designed for two guests, and is not ideal (as far as price is concerned ) for one, especially theatre guests on a limited budget. For those hoping to be next door to the theatre a flat in town would be more suitable.
Carole was a brilliant host, with old school digs. The place is fully functional and has everything you need to make your time in Leeds enjoyable.

The flat was really really lovely - simple, but self contained and had everything we needed. Carole was always on hand to solve any issues. Nice 30min walk from the playhouse with decent buses nearby.

I am sorry you found your digs wanting in communication and value.I try to be as accurate as possible about location and hope your future digs will be five star all the way. I had never considered the flat to be 'simple', it is special and cared for.
Loved staying here. Everything as described. Very well equipped flat even down to dressing gown and slippers! Carole & Stuart lovely hosts, on hand but unobtrusive. Hope I can stay again.

Thank you Jordan. The flat is really designed for two people which of course makes it a lot cheaper, but I am so glad you enjoyed what it has to offer. You will always be welcome.
Carole was the perfect host! Ready in a heartbeat to respond to any needs we had. The flat itself was very well located and the rooms were bigger than we expected! The towels provided were an extra nice touch!

Carole went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. The flat is clean and warm and cosy and very conveniently located. Our new home from home in Leeds.

Great place to stay - clean, comfortable and everything you might need.
About half an hour to walk to the Leeds Grand or no 1 bus goes from nearby.
Highly recommended.

These digs are great.
Very clean, very welcoming and Carole couldn't be a better host.
A 25 minute walk into Leeds centre, parking available and good access to everything nearby. It's one of the best places to stay in Leeds.
The only warning I would give is that if there are people in the upstairs flat it can be a little noisy. Certainly not so bad that you'd be overly disturbed - but I thought I'd mention it in case you wanted to take any earplugs.
All in all a really great place to stay.
