Our converted attic bedroom is great for guests as you have your own space with adjacent toilet as well as access to the shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room.
We live in a quiet residential area, with easy access to Glasgow city centre. We are very close to good bus and train routes, with three nearby train stations, travel to city centre takes just 7 minutes. It's also very easy to travel outwith Glasgow and quick to get to Edinburgh by public transport
Queens Park is at the end of our street as well as lots of nice coffee shops and local bars, pubs and restaurants.
We are a small family - myself, my partner and 10 year old child. As my partner teaches and child is at school the main bathroom can be quite busy between 7am and 8.30am
If you are a smoker, please do not smoke indoors as we have a child

For acessibility please note that the stairs to the room are a little narrower than usual
