Victorian town house and furnished to a very high standard. The house is spacious and room available is finished with everything you would expect to feel like home and ensure you are comfortable. The house has 3 WCs, bathroom and shower room. The house has a lovely kitchen with all modern cons, dining room and living room. There is a very relaxing town garden that captures the sun throughout the day. The area has a village feel and very safe.

The Area and Transport
The house really is a lovely experience and big space that is peaceful and relaxing. It’s a home where you can feel really comfortable and enjoy the Old Town in Eastbourne. It’s a home that is child free and the owner lives here and in London 50/50.
The house is a 3 story Victorian townhouse with views capturing the sea and the downs.
Local amenities include the Lamb pub (and many more) and Waitrose is a 1 min walk from the house. The house is next to Gildredge Park and Manor Gardens.
