About these Digs
Living with Host
2 double rooms with huge shared bathroom. You re v welcome to cook, I clear cupboard and fridge space for you, feel free to hang out in sitting room, the dogs will climb on you- if they get good vibes! We’ve had bbqs, lake swims, games night, Monday roasts with all sorts of folks from all sorts of productions. So friends are very welcome .
There is an outdoor covered sitting room with heat and light, power, WiFi - (for smokers) I love it out there.
Out the back is a huge woodland - acres of it which is pretty extra given we are in the town centre and a large lawn out front. Oh and a tennis court that I sneak onto.
And of course two sweet old doggies x

The Area and Transport
It’s lovely the Times said it’s the best street in the south West …but then we do have a private woodland/ garden directly from the flat. It’s a 15 min safe downhill stroll walk to hippodrome and flat 15 mins to Redgrave.
5 mins to supermarkets, 10 mins to Clifton village - ots super posh but still fun to walk mooch and check out suspension bridge all sparkly at night. Wapping wharf - my favourite place is a £1 ferry crossing from the bottom of the street. Drop in gym and Pilates studios just 5 mins walk away. Nuffield gym has a pool and sauna and does good deals. I walk or cycle every where. Electric bike cos Bristol is wayyy too hilly for my legs. There s a scooter bank at the end of the street so you can be at theatres in 5 mins- make sure to dodge the pot holes -and plastered students giving friends backies- lethal! It’s a good place to call home !

Nichola is a wonderful host! Very warm and friendly, and respects your own space too. It's a quirky artsy house, gorgeous large garden which gets sunny till late afternoon and in a classy location ( Clifton ( 5 ish mins walk to nice coffee shops and further on to suspension bridge view point). She has two lovely cute lap dogs which are so sweet. A short and safe walk to and from the theatre (about 15 mins). Very comfy bed and great value for money! Fantastic stay!

Thx! Amelia is a ray of light! She brought so much joy to my home. We went to the lake, we worked out , she was simply wonderful!
Lovely place to stay within walking distance to the Bristol Hippodrome. Such a friendly and unique place to stay. Nichola was also lovely to chat with and super helpful.

I really had a great stay at Nichola's place. Nichola was very welcoming and I actually really loved meeting her and her cute dogs! The room was very big, beautiful, comfy and luxe with my own bathroom! I could use the kitchen any time, really felt myself at home in this house! I loved my stay and would definitely want to go back to Nichola again! Thanks Nichola <3

An enjoyable stay, minutes from Clifton village. Quiet and cosy room, beautiful house with a friendly and helpful host. Had a lovely time.

Nichola’ place is my favourite so far. Aside from the fact it’s just a fabulously well decorated home, she is one of the nicest people I’ve met on tour. I love Bristol anyway, but staying with her made it perfect. Thank you x
