What does this mean?

A lovely, stylish and spacious double room plus a private bathroom. Comfortable double bed (with Simba mattress), mini coffee machine and smart TV in your room, nice lighting and a relaxing vibe ! Good quality Wifi. Feel free to help yourself to toast/cereal for breakfast and tea/coffee whenever!

We moved into our Grade 2 listed Georgian terraced house and have been busy titivating it over the past couple of years ! If you appreciate vintage furniture, curios, artwork and attention to detail - you're going to love our home. You're welcome to use all kitchen facilities and share all communal areas. (including our gorgeous little city garden) We have grown up children who have homes of their own now, so you'll just be sharing the space with Neil and me

Guest Parking

Limited free parking available in the immediate area (which generally requires a residents permit) Non residents have restricted parking hours (albeit quite generous ones!) There are some good value car parks within 10/15 mins walk. We can certainly offer guests the occasional visitor parking voucher but unfortunately we are only able to purchase a limited number each year

The Area and Transport

We're an easy 15 min stroll from Plymouth Theatre Royal and walking distance to the city centre, Plymouth Hoe and lovely Royal William Yard. Great places to eat, drink and shop nearby in this vibrant and colourful area of the city. Wild swimming nearby at Firestone Bay if you're a cold water fan ! Uber now operates in Plymouth and we're a 2 min walk from a major bus route. Plymouth railway station is 24 mins walk and the coach station is 18 mins walk

Staying with Julie & Neil made for such a wonderful couple of days! Really hospitable and lovely hosts with a beautiful home, walking distance from loads of shops, the ocean, and the theatre. Overall just an amazing experience getting to meet and stay with them!

I had a lovely time staying with Julie and Neil. They were very friendly and so kind offering to drop me at the station. The house is in a great location, a short walk to the theatre and very close to an Aldi! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The MOST AMAZING hosts you could ever wish to stay with. Julie and Neil went above and beyond, making me feel so welcome in their beautiful home. Such kind, friendly people. The location of the house was perfect too! 15 minutes walk to the theatre and a lovely walk to Royal Williams Yard and The Hoe. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Plymouth.

Lovely hosts in a lovely house. The room was spacious yet cozy and it was nice having a bathroom all to myself. Julie and her husband were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend 👍
