A lovely room with a kingsize bed in a semi-detached, characterful Victorian house with garden access and full use of kitchen and living areas. Also use of your own private bathroom. In walking distance to all theatres.
Guest Parking
We can provide a parking permit for the duration of your stay, to park your car outside our house.
The Area and Transport
Our house is very near to public transport links and also includes a local train station which takes you directly to Bristol Temple Meads. Cotham Hill and Whiteladies road offer lots of cafes, shops, restaurants and an Everyman Cinema. All theatres are also within walking distance and/or can be reached using local transport.

Simply the best place to be in Bristol! Kate & Lucy are gorgeous hosts and I felt very at home. Beautiful home and egg loving dog Lilly was an extra treat. See you again soon!

The most perfect stay!!! My first time working and visiting Bristol, Kate and Lucy was so accomodating with recommendations. Both were just wonderful company and so kind and friendly which honestly made the stay so relaxing, approachable and also would give you your space too it was a lovely balance! I will genuinely miss staying here at this property I was so comfortable and happy, so peaceful too which is so needed after a long day! Can’t fault them! Amazing hosts, incredible home! thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Kate and Lucy's beautiful home - the location is perfect and I was extremely well looked after. I would highly recommend them for anyone working in Bristol centre!

My stay at this lovely home was amazing. Kate and Lucy are great ladies who are so welcoming and joyful. Every morning breakfast was set up for our own use (granola, yogurt, honey, fruit, spreads) and if you get lucky there’s street parking to use if you drive. Couldn’t have enjoyed my time more in Bristol being under a fabulous roof. I would highly recommend this to people working at the hippodrome, 11/10

These digs are absolutely fantastic, a stunning home, with very welcoming hosts, and a beautiful bedroom with a large bed. I cannot recommend Kate’s place enough, I’ll definitely be staying next need I need a room in Bristol.

Can’t recommend Kate’s digs enough - a beautiful house in a lovely location about 20 minutes walk from the Hippodrome, and very near Cotham Hill with lots of coffee shops and places to get food and drink. The house is beautiful - the room has a very comfortable bed and the shower is excellent. Kate was very generous with use of the kitchen/washing machine etc and her and Lucy were always very welcoming and accommodating. Some of the best digs I’ve stayed at on any of my three tours!

I can highly recommend these theatre digs. The accommodation is as described, lovely and comfortable. Kate and Lucy are excellent hosts and I felt very much at ease. On street parking is available and the location is in an interesting part of the city too, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby and also on walking route to the theatre.

Kate and Lucy were great hosts! They have a beautiful Victorian home just a short walk from the centre with parking available, which was extremely convenient. They provided everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Thank you both for a fantastic experience! I hope to be back when I'm next in Bristol.

Kate and Lucy were so lovely and welcoming and have a lovely house and friendly dog too! They were really accommodating and very helpful. Walk to the Hippodrome is easy enough and it was easy to park at the house too. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful digs - some of my favourite ever! Kate and Lucy were friendly, welcoming, and interesting hosts. The home is spotless and lovely, an easy and safe walk into the hippodrome and they even have a gorgeous dog. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I would highly recommend these digs! Kate and Lucy were so welcoming to their beautiful home. The full house was immaculate with a huge comfy bed and fully stocked kitchen and bathroom it felt very homely . With it being a 25 min walk down to the hippodrome it was perfect. Thanks!

What a treat it was to stay with Kate and Lucy. They were so warm, kind and generous and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their home. There was breakfast (including homemade granola) left out every morning and my preferred milk in the fridge for me. The house is immaculately clean and I had my own bathroom with fresh towels. I can't thank Kate and Lucy enough for such a luxury and wonderful stay. I can 100% recommend this place and will be be back if I'm ever back in Bristol!

The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, the bathroom was clean , kitchen clean and well equipped, the room was lovely, with plenty of space for my case & clothes & costumes, and was cosy & warm even with the storm outside. Kate was very generous & hospitable, friendly and welcoming, and I was made to feel very comfortable and was even able to practice singing/warm up my voice in the living room on the morning we had free. Their dog was lovely too- really calm and friendly.

Kate and Lucy were the perfect hosts. Not only was their home an absolute delight to live in, but they were so kind, generous, and caring during my whole stay. Cannot recommend them highly enough! (Lily was an excellent bonus too!)
