Lovely newly refebished rooms, 3 minutes from the Playhouse (Edinburgh)

These lovely rooms all have a great view over the road to the greenery with the upper rooms having a view over Leith and the Forth.

With only a 3 minute walk from the Playhouse Theatre and about a 20ish minute walk to the Festival Theatre it is conveniently placed for most theatre venues in Edinburgh.

The three rooms have been recently refurbished with modern décor but still keeping the features of the Georgian building. We have two single rooms and a double room. There is a shared shower room for all theatre guests who stay with us and a beautiful shared sitting room overlooking the back garden.

Although smokers are permitted to smoke in the back garden, no smoking is permitted within the building.

There are no dedicated parking places allocated to our building. Paid parking costs £3 per hour and operates Mon - Fri during daytime hours..
