What does this mean?

A lovely, comfortable two double bedroom Victorian terrace in a very friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of Bristol city centre. Just off fantastic North Street with its cafes, restaurants and independent shops and the Tobacco Factory just down the road. The Old Vic and the Hippodrome are currently a 25-30 minute walk (no hills!) through the Bristol docks and near Wapping Wharf with its cafes and restaurants. NB from August 2022 the Gaol Ferry foot bridge that gives the easiest access to town has been closed for maintenance for about nine months hence the current longer walk time.

The house is a fully equipped home from home with an eat in kitchen and a lovely south facing garden with summer house for sunny days. Each bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower and there’s also a utility room with a washing machine and another loo downstairs. WiFi and smart TV.

Either I’ll be there to meet you when you arrive or my great friend Jess who lives round the corner. The house has been my home for a number of years but I’m now mainly in London for work these days hence its availability. I’ve toured myself and know how nice it is to stay somewhere comfortable and welcoming and so hope you’ll enjoy your time here.

Full use of the whole house. No smoking.

NB the house is small and any more than two adults would be a real squeeze. The stairs are also narrow and go round a tight curve so not great for people with mobility issues I’m afraid.

PARKING: Free parking a few streets away but residents’ parking is in effect on the digs’ street Monday-Saturday 9-5.

Beautiful house with lovely garden in a great area with independent shops and cafes !easy 30 minute walk to theatre wound highly recommend
Only downside is parking unfortunately but you’re ok to park couple of streets away !definately stay again
