The house is just beside Seacroft Hospital, close to Temple Newsam and Crossgates Train Station. Complimentary private parking is offered.
The house is located just off the A64 York Road which runs into the city, meaning you can get to Leeds city centre around 15 minutes by car. The location also has a very good bus route to and from Leeds running every 15 minutes.

No shoes in house, clean slippers provided.

No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. We encourage guests to use the dining the area.
No smoking.
Non-use of cooker/ stove as we had an unpleasant experience with previous guests but welcome to use other facilities such as microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle.

As homeowners, Jean Paul and I are both friendly, open and sociable, but also appreciate guest's time and space. On the day of your arrival, we will be here to open and the door and greet you—no key box or impersonal check-in.

Neighbourhood overview
The house is part of a new development. The neighbourhood is friendly, multicultural, and residential. Positioned between other popular suburbs, Seacroft is one of the best-connected parts of the city. It also has nearby food outlets and amenities that would cater to various tastes.
Getting around
We have a very good link to Leeds City centre as there is 5 different bus routes and only 7-minute walk to the bus stop from our house. Bus Number to Leeds at York Road Seacroft Hospital stop: 166, 56, 64, 7, 840 and 843, running every 15 minutes from 06.00am to 11.30pm. the Bus stop for your return to the house is the York Rd Cemetery. Feel free to go to "FirstGroup Leeds" website for more info and to buy tickets. Otherwise, there are plenty taxi companies including Uber
