Large ensuite shower room balcony room with blinds and blackout curtains in purpose built block of flats with full use of balcony, roof terrace, kitchen and living areas.
In quiet safe suburban area on the Victoria Line. Walking distance to Soho Theatre Walthamstow, central London in 20 mins via Victoria line. Also full use of a bike available with the room if desired.

Permit parking on the adjoining St Andrews Rd is available.
The Area and Transport
The flat is in a quiet area, but there's a lot on your doorstep. Blackhorse Rd Victoria line station into central London is a 10 min walk, Soho Theatre Walthamstow is a 25 min walk away, you can also have the use of my spare bike included in the room booking, so you can bike to Blackhorse Rd or Soho Theatre if you like.
Blackhorse Rd is now full of cafes and micro breweries, Big Penny Social, Signature Brew, The Blackhorse Workshop Cafe, are a 5 minute walk away. The Walthamstow Wetlands nature reserve is on your doorstep for walks or bike rides. We have several Co op supermarkets in the immediate area, a post office, and the shops of Walthamstow Central are close by.
