Living with Host

What does this mean?

Spacious apartment in basement of family home has its own entrance (down steps at front of house) comprises double bedroom with en-suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC and living room. Living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs and is used as an office by the host 11am-5pm weekdays only, with occasional use of the kitchen during these times for drinks. There is good wifi, and a printer and monitor available. The host aims to welcome new guests personally, but there is a keysafe so guests can arrive at any time.

Guest Parking

Parking is available, typically off-street in front of the house, for a small additional fee (subject to prior arrangement with the host).

The Area and Transport

The flat is only 10 minutes walk from Clifton Village and the City Centre, where most theatres are located. Clifton Village - famous for the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge - has great amenities, including restaurants, cafes, pubs, grocery shops and a Post Office. Nearby bus services run to Temple Meads railway station, the City Centre and many other parts of Bristol.

Best mattress EVER. If it were legal to marry a mattress, I would 100% marry this mattress. Apart from that, lovely place, lovely host, only small downside is that hill does NOT mess around, so get a taxi from the station when you have luggage!
