Living with Host
Hebron Court is a converted chapel so many interesting features of the original chapel remain, including the stained glass window in the guest bedroom. However, there are blackout blinds for night time. Guests have sole access to a shower room with toilet on their floor. They are also invited to use the top floor living room which has commanding views over Bristol.
There is no garden, but guests can sit in the very tranquil graveyard next to the house.
The kitchen can be used, but it would be good to know proposed times of use so we don't get in each others way.
Guest Parking
Parking is on a first come first served basis in the road. No parking permit required or fees to pay. If a space is not available, there are several nearby streets with free parking.
The Area and Transport
Very handy for all theatres - Tobacco Factory 500m, Hippodrome and Old Vic about a half hour walk along the harbourside or an easy bus ride. Bedminster is a lively area with many shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. However, Hebron Court is very quiet.

A good value deal on double bedroom with private bathroom on top floor, but wouldn't be my first choice to stay again. Hosts were nice, barely saw them. Floorboards very creaky - felt bad walking up and down them in case of waking the hosts, and quite cluttered kitchen and entranceway.

We were ships passing in the night, but it was a lovely stay on the top floor of their flat! Survived this year's heatwave and that's all I could ask for.

I absolutely loved staying here! Thank you so much to Kathryn and Gerry for being the most lovely, kind and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is beautiful and the location was perfect for what I needed. Wonderful cafes nearby in a ‘vibey’ area. The bus route into the city centre is excellent- with frequent buses running late at night. I was working at the Hippodrome and it was so easy and quick getting there and back. I enjoyed running in the lovely, nearby parks.
Wonderful-will come again!

Lovely place to stay in Bedminster, and extremely good value! I was able to have a bathroom to myself as I was the only person staying in the upstairs area.

I didn’t meet Kathy but Gerry was delightful and the room was great with plenty of storage and your own bathroom. A lovely walk in and easy bus or uber back at night.

Kai was a great guest. She worked very long hours so we didn't see much of her, but she was quiet and considerate and very polite.

Kathy and Gerry were the most amazing hosts!
They made me extremely welcome and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
Their home is gorgeous and is very well connected to local supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and of course the theatres.
The room was lovely and clean with a very comfy bed and was accompanied with my own bathroom and living room (on the same floor) for my entire stay.
I felt very much at home this Christmas season and will 100% be back! Thank you both!

Brilliant. Super nice place and hosts. Not too far from the Hippodrome, somewhere to park (if you get in quick) and plenty going on nearby if you're staying for a while. Would definitely come back!

Dave was a great guest. Considerate and friendly, happy to be in his own space, but always up for a chat when he was making meals or a cup of tea. We also learned such a lot from him about his amazing percussion skills. He would be welcome back any time.
Kathy and Gerry are incredible hosts, very welcoming and communicative. The location is a short walk from the centre of town, and the accommodation is disconnected enough from the rest of the house that you feel you have solitude when you need it, and connection when you want it.

Had a lovely stay. So friendly and everything as described. The room is really great with own bathroom and had sole use of the living room (on the same floor) for the entire stay. 25 mins walk to Bristol Hipp but very safe and picturesque. Thanks. x

This accomodation was amazing. I had a bedroom, living room, and bathroom to myself which meant I had all the privacy and space I needed. Kathy was very communicative and helped with every question I had. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Kathy and Gerry were the perfect hosts. Their home is stunning and they made sure my stay was amazing. The one problem I had whilst there was the shower lost pressure, I let Kathy know, the shower was replaced. Perfect stay. Would love to stay again.

A lovely house and very welcoming hosts. Warm and cosy room with comfy bed. Bathroom nice and clean but could do with the shower replacing (was either too hot or too cold). I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay and Kathy is a super welcoming host. Bristol is always an expensive city for digs so nice to find a place that is comfortable and relaxed.
