Lovely double room in creative house (Bristol)

Guest room is a lovely, bright double room (for single occupancy) which has been freshly decorated. Included is a dressing table with drawers, side table, and hanging rail, plus of course, a comfortable double bed with a hybrid mattress only purchased new in September 2023. You will have shared use of the bathroom which contains a rainforest shower over the bath. You are also welcome to use the lounge and kitchen/diner and, if so inclined, are welcome to tinker on the piano. Please note, I don't currently have a TV but do have wifi so tend to use a laptop. For information, I work 9-5 and have a busy social life but am likely to be around some evenings in the week and over the weekend.

Happy to offer shelf and fridge space and for guests to use condiments, oil, tea, coffee, milk.

The house approx., 25 minutes walk from the Tobacco Factory theatre and buzzing North Street area. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road (approx., 2 mins walk) where the 75 bus route goes past North Street and on into central Bristol where the Hippodrome is located (approx., 15/20 mins bus ride). Bristol also has a good range of electric scooters and bikes available and there is a pick up/drop off point for these 5 mins walk away. If you have a bike, there is storage under the house and the back gate is padlocked.

House rules:
- I'm open to guests/visitors, but would prefer a heads up if you're inviting someone over. Overnight guests by arrangement.
- I try to be energy conscious so please turn off sockets when not in use.
- I'm ticking 'smokers allowed' but no smoking inside the house please.
- Please use the extractor fan when cooking.
