What does this mean?

Lovely Victorian terraced house beside the river, ideally located for an easy stroll into York city centre. Just a 10-minute walk to Clifford’s Tower, with beautiful riverside walks right on the doorstep.

The cosy guest bedroom has quality bedding and blackout blinds to help you relax after a busy day. Guests also have full access to the kitchen and sitting room, along with a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Private bathroom included.

The house is in a safe, friendly residential area on the edge of the city centre, with excellent access to buses, taxis and trains.

Susie was the best host! Lovely location to the theatre along the water (or main road at night). The house was beautiful and the room was super clean! I hope to tour in York again to stay here

Susie is a wonderful host, warm and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Her beautiful home is a peaceful space, a short walk along the river from town and about 20mins from the Theatre Royal. The room was comfy and spacious with an excellent private bathroom. Definitely recommend!

Susie was the best host I've had. Super friendly, welcoming and warm. And made me feel so so at home. I'll be visiting when I'm back in York even if I'm not working!
The property/room is gorgeous, warm, super clean and had my own bathroom.
It's also an 8-10 minute walk to the centre of York. And you can walk along the lovely river bank. Recommend Recommend Recommend!

Susie was a wonderful host! It's a beautiful home - very comfy and clean. It's a short walk to the city centre and theatre and Susie had great recomendations for things to do in York. I would definitely stay here again!

I had the best stay with Susie. (Thank you SO much!). Susie is a very friendly, welcoming and relaxed host - I truly felt at home and at ease. The house is lovely and in a great location just by the river - an easy walk to the theatre. I had a very comfortable room with the bathroom on the landing for my own use. Tip top!

Had a brilliant stay at Susie’s. A nice walk along the river into town centre, or approximately 12 min stroll to the Grand. The room is very comfortable and clean, as is the house overall, and Susie is a welcoming host and very approachable and kind. I hope to stay again next time I’m in York and would recommend her to anyone!

Susie is the most perfect host and her home is delightful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The digs are about a 25 min walk from the station, it’s a pretty route along the river and over bridges and close to the centre. Susie works in the Arts sector herself so we had some great conversations. I would happily recommend her digs and would stay there again.
