Theatre Digs Booker Presents: Lovely Double Room (Bristol)

Number 21 is a 3 bedroom terraced house in the heart of Montpelier, Bristol.
The room available is on the 1st floor with standard double bed, large chest of drawers, closet and view over Shaftesbury Avenue.
On the same floor is a shower room and family bathroom.
My partner and I sleep on the 2nd floor and our daughter on the 1st floor in her own bedroom or in our room!!
As there is also a family bathroom, there will not be queues for the loo in the morning! It’s likely that you’ll have sole use of the shower room for the duration of your stay but there are rare exceptions when we might have a friend or family member stay.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room, dining room which also doubles as my study and a kitchen/diner.
Moose, our very chilled and friendly dog, sleeps in the kitchen but also comes up to the loft for cuddles with us in the morning.
Kitchen has 2 ovens, dishwasher and washing machine. There is on street parking which requires permits during the week.
We can provide permits for short stays (£1 per day) but for long term, then there are free to park areas within a 10 minute walk of the house.
Centre of Bristol to the Hippodrome takes 25 minutes to walk too and our local area offers a wealth of cafes, independent shops, restaurants and parks etc.

Bedding and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer available for use. Shelf in fridge and cupboard in kitchen to which you have full access. Toilet paper provided by Who Gives A Crap.

No smoking inside the property but you’re welcome to use the garden.

Please be dog friendly because Moose is very people friendly.

CHECK IN: 3PM - 10PM unless alternative organized directly with host.
CHECK OUT: 12PM - Late check out may be arranged with host.
