What does this mean?

2 Lovely bright rooms in quiet street to let in South Bristol, close to Victoria Park and Temple Meads.

Room 1: Double room has a super single - 1.20x2m bed, small desk, blackout blinds and curtains.
There's a wardrobe and some additional storage space

Room 2: Single room with single bed (my son's room) is suitable for SHORT stays only.

There's SKY wifi, full use of kitchen and living space, garden access. Free off street parking.

Location is in Bedminster area, close to Tobacco Factory Theatre and easy access to the theatres in town - approx 30 min walk, or 15 minutes on eScooter/Bike, usually around £8 - £12 for an Uber. There's also a bus stop for the number 76 bus about 2 minutes walk away.

You'd share with myself and my 8-year old son who lives with me 50% of the time as well as my Border Collie Sam. I'm out most days and often until late in the evening.

Sandra is a great host. Warm, friendly, personable, helpful and prompt in her messages/communication. House and room are welcoming, clean and quiet. Lovely garden to sit in and relax after a day's work. Location is perfect for where I was filming. The house has all I need for the stay. Thank you, Sandra!
