Beautiful bedroom with lots of storage. Brand new double bed with brand new Simba mattress. Large wardrobe, drawers & plenty of clothes hangers. A desk and chair in the corner. Room has small fridge, microwave, kettle & dulce gusto coffee machine with a box of coffee pods & a toaster. Overlooks gardens so nice & quiet.
Views of St Paul's & the Shard out of the bedroom and kitchen window. Looking for term time guests my daughter is away at university & room is needed in the holidays although she spends some of the summer away and stays elsewhere over the half terms .
Room is a large double in a 2 bedroomed flat in a Victorian house. Good transport links. A 15 minute walk to Peckham Rye or Nunhead Train Station. All the major bus routes to central London 5 minutes away Beautiful park nearby and very quiet & peaceful. Full use of kitchen diner and bathroom. Shower attached to bath. Host is one older woman in 50's who is out a lot and goes out to work 4 days a week.
Fridge , microwave, and kettle & toaster in room also. Also, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and a box of pods included.
Wifi & all Bill's included. £190 a week all in. Free parking.
