Great flat, and so close to the Theatre Royal (at the bottom of Grey St). Would be convenient for the Live Theatre and The Glasshouse as well. Fairly well equipped, clean, comfortable, and nice little living room/kitchen. 65 stairs up to the flat, so rough with a big suitcase(!), and the wifi is not great. Over standard TA, which is very expensive compared to other digs in Newcastle, but it's right in the centre of town and so close to the theatres. Would recommend and would stay again.
