What does this mean?

Very quiet rear of house loft room with ensuite bathroom and toilet. There is no standup shower but the bath does have a shower attachment. Guests can use the family bathroom on the first floor if they wan to use the standup shower. Blackout blinds on all velux windows. Bed is a 4 foot small double. TV and super fast wifi included.

On drive parking (if available) or street parking permit available.

The Area and Transport

Located in the Bear Flat area of Bath, very regular buses into the city centre at the bottom of the road 5 minutes walk away. Tesco, Co-Op and local pub also within 5 minutes walk. Bath train station is approx 15 minutes walk away. Bath city centre is approx 20 minutes walk away.

The room and ensuite are private however neither the ensuite door or the room door have locks. Guests can use the kitchen and any appliances within. Crockery and cutlery can also be used. Utility room can also be used for washing and drying clothes. Downstairs toilet and first floor bathroom can be used by guests.

I had a lovely stay here, lovely comfy room at the top of the house with a glorious view. It has all you need, a comfy chair, tv and en suite bathroom. An easy walk into town too. Highly recommended 😊

James is a great host and the house is in a really lovely area of Bath. Couple of shops nearby with good bus routes into the city centre. Would highly recommend
