loft conversion .5 minutes from sunderland empire and town centre (Sunderland )

You will be staying in a loft conversion which has 1 double bed and a 50 inch T.V. provided and it's very warm and cosy.

I'm only 5 minutes away from the Empire theatre and 5 minutes away from the town centre. 5 minutes from the local metro train station and 10 minutes from our beautiful beach.

I'm in attendance but feel free to use my home as your own and come and go as you please.

I'm very easy to live with as my previous guests have had no complaints. They all come to stay as its so close to Empire theatre and town centre.

Tea, coffee and cereals available at no extra cost.
Great for local pubs and cinema.

I'm very sociable and will help you as much as I can. As long as you're at my home just treat it as your own dogs allowed as long as their house trained.

Please note if you book days and leave early you are still liable to pay for days booked .bathroom has only a bath it has no shower due to past guest damage please note that if you book in advance for 1 week or more then I will require £100 deposit which is non-refundable this is because of past guests cancelling at short notice and I've lost money when other guests could have booked. thank you
