Single room with ensuite, fridge microwave and toaster. Table and chair. Your own space top of our lovely Edwardian house, nice view to the garden and river with a Juliette balcony.
Two friendly dogs (who don't go upstairs)

Guest Parking

Not on drive, but plenty nearby with no restrictions.

The Area and Transport

Our guests tell us its a great space! Quiet self contained and get a good nights sleep. It has good transport bus or train to Mayflower, The Mast. Beautiful garden to relax by the river, and a kayak if you have any surplus energy left !!

Had a lovely stay with Jan (and Jackson & Sweeper!) Easy travel to theatre and town centre, Jan was a wonderful host and was so helpful - set me up perfectly! With a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge it is much more a self contained space. Super easy and a great stay!

I had such a lovely time staying with Jan, Si, Sweep and Jackson! They made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable! I will miss giving Sweep and Jackson there little treats when I got in from the show! Would definitely return if I’m back in Southampton in the future!
