This flat is ideal for theatre professionals as it is within easy walking distance from His Majesty's Theatre, just 8 mins.
The whole flat: kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom is solely available for the guest(s). A large, 47" LED HD TV with streaming availability is offered with free WiFi.
The kitchen is stocked with basic foodstuffs .
Guest Parking
Off street parking is available but not guaranteed as it is shared with other residents in the estate. A Dobber key is required to gain access to the car park through a barrier. Therefore we are required to meet and greet guests so as to open the barrier for the guest's car.
The Area and Transport
Littlejohn flat is very close to His Majesty's Theater, just 8 mins walk, and to The Lemon Tree. The airport shuttle bus, #727, stops just round the corner in the Gallowgate. The railway station is within walking distance. Morrisons Supermarket is nearby and a Sainsbury's Local is on the way to the theatre.

This flat suitable for guests who come by coach, train or plane as it is in the centre of the city, easily accessed from airport by shuttle bus, #727, from airport to Broad St./Gallowgate just round the corner from the flat. Can also be walked to from the railway station. HMT is only 8 min. walk from the flat. Lemon Tree and Tivoli Theatre & Music Hall allwithin walking distance.

Absolutely brilliant digs- Fergie and I had a lovely stay! The flat is less than a 10 minute walk away from the theatre and has everything you need! Great value for money- would love to stay again. Kenneth was very friendly and helpful- thank you for having us

Cosy little flat a 10 minute walk to His Majesty's theatre. Kenn was good with communications and was happy to accommodate our late arrival. He even left us some food, which was very welcome after a long journey. Highly recommend.

The perfect digs! So close to the theatre, so cosy, great communication with Kenn (he responded quickly to any concerns) and he even left us some butteries and basic food supplies as we arrived so late. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Aberdeen. Thanks so much Kenn!

Great flat in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the theatre. It had all the facilities I needed, including a washer dryer, which was a huge plus. The TV was good, and the cost was very affordable when split between two people. My only issue was the WiFi, which was slow and a bit unreliable at times. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay—perfect for anyone visiting the city for theatre or leisure. Highly recommended!

Had a good stay in this flat. It's an easy 10 min walk from His Majesty's so great location. I didn't meet Ken myself but he was very responsive when we had an issue with access. Well equipped kitchen with some key ingredients in the cupboards already which was generous and very handy.

A very pleasant stay in a central location. The walk to HMT is quick and easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops on route. Easy check in experience and good communication from the host. I would definitely stay again! Many thanks

Thanks Laura. Little John flat is certainly very convenient for the theatre. But if you want a bit of luxury next time try our City Mount flat. It is also within walking distance of the theatre.
Susie was very happy staying here. An easy walk into the Theatre and Kenneth couldn't have been more helpful in making her stay as easy as possible. Would happily stay again

Check-in went smoothly. Nathan was attentive to our instructions and left the flat in a good condition. A delightful guest.
Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Perfect digs - clean, really well equipped (even essentials in food cupboard & treats), so close to theatre. Great communication. I cannot recommend highly enough - massive thank you!

These digs are perfect, they’re clean and in an excellent location for the theatre and the town centre. Our train was delayed by 3 hours and Kenn came to meet us at the digs around half midnight, above and beyond his duties as a landlord. Brilliant!

Immaculately clean and comfortable flat with generously stocked kitchen, secure parking and a short walk to HMT, this is, without doubt, the best accommodation in Aberdeen. Can’t recommend highly enough.
