Cosy home away from home (NOTTINGHAM)

Cosy mid-terraced house a 25 minute bus ride from the Nottingham Theatre Royal and Playhouse in the little village of Colwick. Free parking in front of the house and access to a large self-contained back garden.

Guests will be sharing the house with me, the friendly helpful owner and my four guinea pigs who live in hutches in the garden. I currently work early mornings Thursday to Sunday.

As my guest, you'll have access to my fully equipped kitchen with your own personal fridge and all cooking essentials (oil, herbs, spices, etc.). During your stay, I'll provide you with breakfast along with fresh fruit, milk, bread and eggs. The kitchen has a washing machine that you're welcome to use and I have a clothes drying line in my back garden.

You'll also have access to a fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, shower gel and towels.

Guests also have access to the lounge with a TV (Freeview TV, Netflix) and my large collection of DVDs which you can watch in there or in your own room.

The guest room has a double bed with a bedside unit and a lamp. It has a desk with drawers and plenty of books to read.

My house is two minutes' walk from a couple of small local shops, ten minutes' walk from a huge Sainsbury's and fifteen minutes from a Morrison's.

Nottingham city centre is a 20 minute bus ride - you can walk it in 45 minutes. The no.44 bus route passes the Motorpoint Arena and stops a short distance away from the Theatre Royal and The Nottingham Playhouse.

Colwick Park is also 10 minutes' walk from my house and is a beautiful place for a walk around the lakes or just to hang out and relax away from the buzzing city centre.

I really enjoy welcoming people who work in theatre to my comfortable home from home and look forward to meeting you.
