What does this mean?

Cosy mid-terraced house a 25 minute bus ride from the Nottingham Theatre Royal and Playhouse in the little village of Colwick. The guest room, with a Travel theme, has a double bed with a bedside unit and a lamp. It has a desk with drawers, plenty of books to read and a DVD/ VHS Player.
My guest will also have access to a shared Kitchen and bathroom which are both fully stocked with the essentials and a large back gardren.
Colwick Park is also 10 minutes' walk from my house and is a beautiful place for a walk around the lakes or just to hang out and relax away from the buzzing city centre.

Colwick Village is 10 minutes walk from Colwick Country Park, which has 2 lakes and a little kiosk.

My house is two minutes' walk from a couple of small convenience shops, ten minutes' walk from a huge Sainsbury's and fifteen minutes from a Victoria Retail Park.

Nottingham city centre is a 20/25 minute bus ride - you can walk it in 45 minutes. The no.44 bus route passes the Motorpoint Arena and stops a short distance away from the Theatre Royal and The Nottingham Playhouse. There is also the No.45 Bus which you catch opposite The Toby Carvery and takes you close to both theatres in the city centre too.

Lovely energy in the house, beautiful quiet room facing the back garden, easy travel into town doesn't take too long, stunning photographs everywhere! A lot of nature that makes you happy and calm. Didn't get to see much of lovely Ruth unfortunately, but hopefully next time :) Thank you for being so kind, lovely and available! All the very best xx
