Self-Contained

What does this mean?

The completely private annexe is upstairs and accessed by its own private staircase from within the main house.
It consists of two bedrooms; a spacious double, plus a small single with pull-out guest bed for a fourth person.
In the small living room you will find TV, tea and coffee facilities, a welcome pack containing cereal/ breakfast pastries, crockery, cutlery, hand sanitiser and other covid related items. A mini fridge is located in the bedroom.
There is NO KITCHEN in the annexe but there is a microwave and guests can wash up downstairs in our kitchen below the annexe.
There is also a washing machine available on request.

There is free parking for one car in the drive

The Area and Transport

The accommodation is a private annexe within a grade 2 listed building in a unique cul-de-sac near Windsor’s famous Long Walk.
It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre of town, the castle, railway stations and Theatre Royal.
Trains run from Windsor Central to Slough and thence to London on the Elizabeth Line or to Reading and the West.
Windsor Riverside takes you to London Waterloo.
We are 10 mins by car to M4 and M25

Shared and Excluded Facilities

This space is shared with 2 Hosts.

Guests walk through a downstairs room in the main house to reach the private staircase. The annexe, its two bedrooms, living room and bathroom are completely private but there are no locks on the doors (except bathroom!)

Excluded Facilities

The downstairs rooms are not for guests use but they may wash up in our downstairs kitchen.
There is an outdoor seating area in the back garden that guests can use in the summer months.

There are no specific features for children in the annexe, though many children stay here very happily. Just as with adult guests, we would request that children are careful on the staircase.

This little annex is not as little as you may think from the pictures, lovely spacious rooms even the single room, cozy living room & beautiful bathroom! The hosts were lovely people and even got some breakfast, milk & everything else you could possibly need. Thank you for my wonderful stay and i hope to be back again.
