Light double room in lovely house owned by an actor (Manchester)

My Edwardian terraced house is close to the city centre. Comfortable double room available with bedding and towels provided. The large living/ dining room has a piano and an open fire, both of which you are welcome to use. There is a pretty planted backyard and a shared kitchen and bathroom. You'd be sharing with me (unless I'm away on tour) and a very friendly cat.

Alexandra Park (good for running) is three minutes walk away and it's ten minutes walk to a local gym and pool. HOME is 1.6 miles away, the Royal Exchange 2.2 miles and the Lowry 2.5. There are very regular buses into town - the bus stop is two minutes away. A taxi back from the city centre is very reasonable.

Occasional guests allowed by prior arrangement.
