Our place has a stylish, funky vibe.
The room, with kingside bed, wardrobe, drawers, easy chair and desk is on the top floor and has exclusive use of the adjacent bathroom.
(Please note, while the room does have wifi, the signal on the top floor can sometimes be erratic, meaning it isn’t a suitable home working space)
Your booking includes the full use of a large and well equipped kitchen-diner and a lovely garden (weather permitting!). Free tea and coffee at anytime.

Had a lovely stay with Caroline and her husband. Lovely room, clean, tidy and perfect for my needs. They were both so friendly and tentative to anything I might need. The property is just around the corner from a bus stop and there is on street parking which is very convenient. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would defiantly recommend to others! Thank you!!

Caroline’s home is exactly as pictured, spacious, comfortable and really well thought out. The space has all the essentials and little touches that make it feel easy to settle in. Caroline is a great host and makes you feel genuinely welcome. I’d happily stay again.

A gorgeously decorated room with a lovely shower room. Caroline and Richard are fantastic and friendly hosts. I enjoyed the 45 minute walk into town but the buses are very easy and there is a stop close by. Highly recommend!

Caroline & her husband were lovely. The house is in a gorgeous location, great blackout in the room, very quiet, own use of a bathroom. Used the kitchen a few times and it was lovely - such a nice home, very creative! My first time in Bristol and got some good tips on places to go. Was working at Old Vic took around 20 - 30 minute walk, reduced to less than 10 mins when I used the local e-scooters. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay. Modern, spacious, clean, bathroom to yourself, parking and clear communication. About 40 minutes walk from town. Would definitely stay again.

Caroline and Richard were the most hospitable and friendly hosts!, they made me feel so welcome and helped me with everything I needed.
The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

What an amazing stay with the nicest hosts.
Spotlessly clean room, extremely comfortable, a lovely attic conversion with private bathroom.
It’s about a 30 minute walk to the hippodrome but a regular bus service if required.
I couldn’t have been happier and will definitely hope to book again if I’m back in Bristol in the future.

Thanks to Caroline for a lovely stay. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, warm and comfortable - with lovely touches it felt very cosy! The house itself is well situated - town is accessible on foot but it doesnt feel too busy, and there are shops and local amenities nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay in your beautiful home!

Had a great week here. Communication was excellent and access to collect keys was very accommodating to the get in schedule. A good 30 minute downhill walk to the Hippodrome but there’s a bus stop at the top of the road that drops off right outside the theatre. Lovely hosts and a lovely home. Would recommend.

Caroline and her family are delightful hosts, completely understanding of what is important to theatre professionals on tour and maintain a charming and comfortable home. The room is very comfortable with a great bathroom next door, as well as use of the kitchen (and coffee machine)! Highly recommended, and I will definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Bristol.

Top notch digs! Would deffo recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bristol. Caroline and Richard were lovely and the room and bathroom was great! The whole house also has the best colour scheme (orange and grey, yes please!) 10/10!
