Living with Host

What does this mean?

Two clean, uncluttered and airy rooms with double beds (single occupancy) in a spacious detached house with garden access and full use of the kitchen, dining areas and washing facilities. Towels are provided. Our guests have exclusive use of the bathroom, with bath and shower, during their stay and a simple, help-yourself breakfast is included in the accommodation. Tea and coffee are freely available.
We are very relaxed hosts who understand the theatre business and enjoy providing a clean and tidy 'home from home' away from the hustle and bustle of theatre life.
Your hosts, Becky and Adrian, currently share the house with a cat called Oscar.

Guest Parking

There is plenty of free street parking outside our house.

The Area and Transport

We offer a place to stay that is peaceful and calm. There are lots of green spaces nearby including a big park just a short walk away and some country walks.
There are regular bus services to the village that run from early evening to late at night and the nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk from our house.
There is a well stocked post office shop and One Stop in the village as well as a pharmacy and cafe.
The city centre is approximately 3 miles away from where we live and all the bus services stop outside the Belgrade Theatre. The X1, 7 and Stagecoach 82 come through the village.
Warwick Art Centre is less than 15 minutes away by car.

This space is shared with 2 Hosts and 1 other paying Guest.

The bedrooms are located in our spacious family home. During their stay our guests have exclusive use of the bathroom which also has a good quality shower over the bath.
Our guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen, dining room and garden and can join us in the living room to watch TV.

Excluded Facilities

Other rooms upstairs, including the shower room, and the study downstairs are for the sole use of the hosts.
