What does this mean?

Double room in a 1930s family home with a bathroom and a garden room (sofa/TV) for your own use. The kitchen/dining area are shared spaces.

Our house has a driveway for parking or a garage to store your bike. We are a relaxed (non smoking) family home with one friendly dog. Good wi fi speed!

We are close to pubs and cafes and only a couple of minutes from a small shopping centre (supermarket, organic greengrocers, coffee shops and takeaways).

A 15-20 min walk to the city centre/theatres or we are a couple of minutes from a main bus route to the city.
