Light, airy room. VERY CLOSE to Birmingham City Centre, Theatres etc (BIRMINGHAM)

Centrally situated, light and airy, uncluttered medium sized room in a family house. Family is me (Rod) and Dixon, my yellow Labrador guide dog. We have been welcoming guests for more than two years via Theatre Digs Booker; I have recently changed platform management so my list of enthusiastic guest reviews has disappeared into the ether. (Technology!)

The room has a double size bed. There is plenty of shelving and hanging space, plenty of built in desk space. Two double power sockets.

Tea, coffee and milk are available in the home kitchen, no charge. A microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and iron are available on request, no charge. Also in the home, you can make use of a restful, enclosed garden and conservatory. The house is situated in a quiet part of Birmingham with a park outside the front door. Parking is available in the drive and plenty of on-street parking immediately available if the drive is occupied.

The situation is central. Birmingham Rep, Hippodrome, Alexandra, mac and City Centre museums and art galleries within easy reach; guests often walk to these. Buses 45, 47 run past the end of the street, with the 61 and 62 nearby, all are in the City Centre in about 5 minutes. Birmingham City Centre has a wide range of coffee shops. The area is rich in reasonably priced restaurants. Plenty of take-away deliveries too.

I have a background in theatre, creativity and education.
Please note that you are welcome to stay for a short visit, according to bookings, but the minimum charge is 4 nights equivalent.
