What does this mean?

A large Victorian town house, 3 available rooms, for single occupancy. Quiet location. Garden access, full use of kitchen, separate guest fridge. Bathroom for use by guests only
I have two large rooms, and one single in a large Victorian town House, a large double, a smaller double a single room. One over looking the whole of the city, the others are rear facing garden rooms.

Polished wooden floors and double windowed rooms give loads of light, however blackout blinds are fitted for the extra sleep required.
The accommodation is 2.1 miles from the Regent Theatre,10.30 mins by car, and 1.66 miles from the Vic in Newcastle under Lyme, 6 mins by car. Both easy walking distance or a £4.50 taxi ride away.

I rent to theatre and medical/ex army professionals, but normally if a show is in the area the rooms normally have more than one theatre person in the digs.
Its a family house and you can feel at home here, I have a separate guest lounge.

In a once doomsday village of Penkhull, in an elevated position, overlooking the ‘potteries’. Lesleigh House is about 2 miles from rail station, on a no 9 bus route to Newcastle & Hanley town centre.

The house is a Victorian town house, it has its quirks, most rooms have lockable door, one room doesn’t.. it doesn’t like being locked!!!!??

Parking out front on a one way system, near lots of supermarkets and in general a fab place to sleep eat and repeat after work

Thanks Lynn, for a lovely quiet and comfortable stay. Although I was out a lot of the week for rehearsals, It was nice knowing I had a comfy and quiet bed to come home to after a long day! And only 4 pound taxi direct to the theatre whatever time!

Room was spacious but carpet was very dirty. Shower wasn't working either. Didn't get to meet Lynn so communication was by email which didn't help, but not Lynn's fault. Quite a long walk to the Regent Theatre and very uphill coming back!
