The flat was perfect. It was a really easy walk to Curve and was surrounded by nice coffee shops and pubs. The flat had everything I needed and Matt was great at communicating.

Easy slow 15 min stroll to Curve passing shops, cafes and pubs. Communication with Matt was effortless and he could help me control the heating from afar when required. Comfy shower and bed, would stay again.

I had a perfect stay at Matt’s flat, brilliant location, loads of space and lots of peace and quiet! He was super friendly and responsive with messages, and will definitely be my first call for Leicester digs!

Some of the nicest digs I’ve ever stayed in! Great location and Matthew is a very responsive host. The shower broke during our stay but he had someone come fix it the next day. The bunk bed is sturdy and comfortable and the kitchen/lounge is great.

One of the best digs I've ever stayed in, close to the theatre, incredibly clear communication and help from Matt, comfortable and cosy with an excellently stocked kitchen. I had a lovely week in these digs, would highly recommend!

Warm and comfy digs in the heart of the city. Was a joy being in Matt's flat, being so close to Curve and the city centre.
Flat has everything you could wish for in digs, and the information from Matt I amazing.

Great stay in Leicester. 10 mins walk to the curve. Nice flat with all the amenities you will need. Put mirrors in on car before parking as its super narrow. Great communication and peaceful digs

The only place I ever want to stay in Leicester- faultless! The flat is very conveniently located, it was extremely clean. Matthew was very communicative and gave really clear instructions on everything. And his recommendation list is very helpful.

Overall had a lovely stay. Walk to the theatre was easy; area felt a little unsafe at night (had an issue with homeless people trying to follow me in the block). Matt was easy to communicate with & quick to reply.

Matt’s place was very comfortable and an easy 10 minute walk to The Haymarket. Even though I didn’t meet Matt communication was very good. Would recommend!

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment with a very comfy bed. Had everything I needed for a comfortable weeks stay, and great location for the Haymarket theatre. The only (very small) down side was the lack of mirrors in bedrooms.

A wonderful flat, so great to have the space to ourselves. Great shower. We had a small query about the job the cleaners did, but Matthew was great in responding to us promptly and getting it sorted - we really appreciated that. Thank you.

Great!! quirky, homely & cosy flat. Great location, easy walk to Curve theatre & shops, restaurants. Tesco express round the corner. Parking!! Small cars will be ok, I got a Vauxhall vectra (hatchback) in but it was seriously tight!
