Living with Host
We have an en-suite attic bedroom in our terraced house in a lovely part of north Leeds, not far from the city centre to let. It has black out blinds and is quiet. Our bedroom, a spare room, a study and a family bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dinning room and lounge are on the first floor. There's a washing machine and dryer in the basement utility room. We're have a lovely secluded garden which is a quiet little oasis of calm in a quite urban area.

There's parking on the road outside our house.
The Area and Transport
Trendy Chapel Allerton is in north Leeds - once described by the Guardian as the Shoreditch of the north! Lots of indie shops, cafes and nice restaurants. Very close to Leeds city centre where there's Leeds Playhouse, Leeds Grand and the City Varieties. It's about 10 mins on the bus - which run frequently - or an uber is usually no more than £10.
