Light-filled self-contained studio with private access.
A newly built, stylish space with its own bathroom, kitchen, patio, and deck, volted ceiling. South-facing, so it catches sun all day—especially beautiful in the morning. Inside there’s Wi-Fi, table and chairs, a sofa, and sleeping options with either a mezzanine bed or futon sofa bed. Bright, spacious and private.
We’re a friendly family of five (kids aged 3, 7 and 9) plus a small miniature dachshund. The studio is fully private, but you’re welcome to enjoy the garden if you like. Our children sometimes play outside after school or on weekends, though most of the time things are quiet and we’re often out.

There is an off-road parking option with a EV charger.
The Area and Transport
Great location—with all the local cafes and pubs of NR2 and unthank road. It’s close to the city centre, theatres, Eaton parks, and a nice walk to the museum at UEA, with good access to shops and local amenities. A bus stop 2 mins away and walking distance to the Theatre Royal in 15-20 minutes. Good taxi and deliveroo access.

This space is not shared with anyone else.
The studio has its own private entrance at the rear of the house, which also serves as our family parking area. There is also a separate shared front entrance you’re welcome to use.
Although the studio sits within our family garden, it is fully self-contained and screened, with its own private deck, so it feels like a quiet little retreat in the city.
We’re a friendly family of five with children aged 3, 7 and 9, plus a small dachshund. We’re happy to interact as little or as much as you like, and you’re welcome to enjoy the larger garden. Our kids like to play outside after school or on weekends, and the dog may wander through shared areas from time to time. Most of the time it’s calm and peaceful.

Gorgeous garden studio in leafy and quiet part of town. Good communication and information from the host, Nick. Lovely family home and fab dog, Donnie. I'm the first to stay in it so if anything was missing that I needed, Nic was very happy to provide.
