What does this mean?

Victorian Terrace in popular "Golden Triangle" quiet area, off Unthank Road, with its independent bars, restaurants and small supermarkets. Newly fully carpeted and freshly painted double room, off of a small landing.

Wardrobe/chest of drawers/comfy chair/table/tv. The sole use of downstairs bathroom fitted with bath, shower and loo. Shared use of washing machine and fridge. Regular bus directly to the train station.

Fifteen-minute walk to Theatre Royal in the centre of Norwich. (There is room for a small/medium car at the back of the property.)

Guest Parking

Off road space for a small to medium car otherwise my road is permit parking only.
There are non-permit roads within a five-ten minute walk.

The Area and Transport

25 runs regularly from the Train station to the bottom of my road. Locally and in the city you'll find a wide selection of independent places to eat and drink.
Heigham Park is under five minutes walk away and enroute to the compact Earlham Shopping Centre (Co-op, post office, charity shops, etc). You can catch the No 26 Bus into the city across the road from here.

SAINSBURY CENTRE is a world famous Art Museum that's Open 9am - 6pm Tuesday to Friday and 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Walking distance or catch the 25 bus the opposite way to the city, and it’s about an 8 min ride.

I had such a lively time staying with Sue, she was a lovely welcoming host who made me feel very comfortable. She has a lovely home in a quiet area with a nice walk to the theatre.

I had a perfect time staying with Sue, the house is lovely and clean, and having my own bathroom is always good. Sue was lovely to talk to as well! There's a co-op and tesco express nearby, it's only a 25 minute walk to the Theatre Royal, and the area is safe and residential. Will stay again!

You will have a wonderful stay if you book these digs! Sue is a communicative, generous, sensitive host, and my time in Norwich was one of the highlights of the tour!

Sue is most welcoming and the house is in a nice quiet part of town about 20 mins walk from the centre.
