Living with Host
Full use of all shared facilities - kitchen, music room, bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet, separate toilet aswell, front room with large TV, real fire place which we use in the winter. Bedroom has sole access to a sink in a small room adjacent.

The Area and Transport
Just 15 minute walk to the Theatre Royal. Double bed, with desk, lots of room and a view over the avenue, under a mile from the city centre. Very relaxed house, interesting features, high ceilings, with a pretty back garden. Bus stop or e-bikes just over the road will get you to town in ten minutes. Local corner shop very close. Cafes, pubs etc just half a mile away down a series of tree-lined walks. Friendly neighbourhood.

I had a v comfortable week in Catherine and Christy’s characterful house. The top floor room is big and bright, with a v comfy bed. The desk and chair were handy, as was the sink in the next door room! A 15-20 min walk to the city centre - v convenient. C&C were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and I'd definitely return.

Althought I didnt spend much time in the room the time I did was amazing. Its lovely and spacious. When im back in Nottingham I'm defo gonna try and book this place again
