Large ground floor double with doors out into terrace, with double bed, chair, hanging, drawers and shelf space; plenty of power points.

Central heating and good insulation. Shared kitchen/diner with use of cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Shared bathroom with bath and shower.

A warm welcome awaits you, I live with two cats (they don’t have access to rooms unless you want company) . We live on a quiet street and have a small garden and a garage should you wish to securely store a bike. Free Parking is available.

Internet and Netflix are provided.

High Heaton is around 35 minutes walk to Live theatre , 45 mins to Theatre Royal, 45mins to Quayside. Bus stop to centre 2 mins from house, Longbenton metro 15 mins walk .
