Plymouth Theatre Royal is just over a mile away (20-25 mins walk and also close to TR2). Taxi to town if you are feeling lazy is average £6 or 1 minute walk to a bus that drops you right outside the theatre. I got a single from here to Theatre and it was £2. Buses run until about midnight.

We have a nice garden and BBQ which I'd be happy to show you how to use in the summer. It gets the sun until about 7pm.

We are close to local shops. Fast Virgin internet. We both work full time. Any questions please ask as we will be more than happy to help.

We are clean and tidy people and house proud and have decorated to a high standard. TV/DVD player in room. We have a kitchen diner and a small lounge which will be yours during your stay. This room has Sky TV.

Please note, fridge and coffee making facilities available in kitchen not actual bedroom.

I am always happy to do pick ups on arrival so please ask :) only won't if I'm working. I work for the emergency services so I work all sorts of shifts!

There is free street parking too if you drive.

We have a key safe so if we are out or away then you can let yourself in. Our dog wallace is a firm favourite with our guests. He loves a cuddle but if you aren't a dog kind of person we respect that and will keep him away from you. If you smoke we ask you do it outside.
