What does this mean?

The guest dining room has a fridge freezer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. We are very close to Warrior Square Train Station as well as the shops and restaurants on Kings Road. We are located 0.6 miles from the White Rock Theatre.

The Area and Transport

We have rooms to let in our lovely large house on a quiet street in St Leonards. The house has 4 bathrooms - 3 of which are for guest use. We are only a 3 minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station, the shops & restaurants on Kings Road, a 15 minute walk from the White Rock Theatre (0.6 miles) and an 8 minute walk from the beach. The rooms have twin zip link beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and a desk.

The £35 per night includes breakfast - toast, cereal, orange juice, tea, coffee) all heating, hot water, electricity and wifi. The house has a professional weekly clean. We have great wifi, sea views, a lovely verdant garden and 2 gentle cats. Guests have access to the kitchen, a large private dining room, the deck and the garden. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. We are freelance artists who tend to be home working during the day.

Many of our guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the house.
