What does this mean?

Large double bedroom and private en-suite available in a newly renovated home which was previously a bed and breakfast. Just over a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Mayflower theatre and a 20 minute walk or 7 minute drive to MAST. Robyn and Owen are two young working professionals who welcome you to their 3 bedroom home with use of the kitchen (including all appliances and utensils), dining room and washing machine.

Guest Parking

If you are bringing your car, we have a driveway to unload and on street parking a few minutes walk from the house. We are very close to the train station, local shops, restaurants & amenities.

I had such a lovely stay here. A nice clean, quiet, and private room with its own en-suite. Very easy walk to the theatre too. Robyn was a great host. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in town. Thanks for having me!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Lovely spacious room with comfy bed and brilliant en suite. I pretty much had sole use of the kitchen during my stay too which was super handy. These digs are in a great area, only ten minute walk from the Mayflower but also only 5 minutes away from the picturesque Southampton common. Very safe and clean area of town, would definitely stay here again. Thank you Robyn for such a lovely stay!
