- Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
- The use of candles and tea lights is prohibited based on the Home Office document ‘A guide to making your small paying-guest-accommodation safe from fire’ which came into effect on 1st October 2023.

Heating
The flat has an underfloor storage heating system which operates overnight in winter and maintains the flat between 18deg and 21deg as per the recommended guidelines from the Energy Saving Trust and World Health Organisation. If this temperature is not suitable for you, a portable oil heater is available but a fair usage policy applies to this, which if not respected will incur additional charges for you.
