Living with Host
Before booking, could you send a message to check availability? I sometimes have to head to Europe for work at quite short notice, so do not always keep my calendar up to date.
Spacious Private Room in Lower Sydenham, which has good links to central London, and Bromley
Room has a double bed, desk and chair, drawers, and a clothing rail. You would have sole use to the main bathroom, with bath and shower, as I have a en-suite in my room.
Alongside the bedroom and bathroom, there is a open plan living room/kitchen, and large balcony.
I tend to work from the lounge during the weekday, so use of the lounge would be limited then, but you would still have access to the kitchen.
Guest Parking
I've got a designated parking space that you are free to use.
The Area and Transport
Flat is directly opposite a Lidl, and 5-10 minutes walk from a large Sainsburys and Aldi. There are plenty of pubs and take out options near. The flat is only a short train/bus ride, or 30 minute walk to Beckenham, which has lots of nice restaurants and bars.
It is 10 minute walk to Lower Sydenham station which is a 15-20 minute train journey to London Bridge. Bellingham station is 10 minutes away, that has a 25 minute train journey to London Blackfriars, or 10 minute journey to Bromley South.

Chris is very welcoming into his flat. All the amenities you would need. Very comfortable bed and use of the main bathroom is great. Supplies Shampoo and Body wash as well.

Chris' flat is in a super useful location, close to all amenities including easy access to central London and opposite a supermarket, as well as nice outdoor spaces. His home was clean and tidy, and I felt very comfortable staying here. Chris was a lovely host, very helpful and communicated well, definitely would like to stay again if I'm in need of a room near his location!

One of the most comfortable stays I have had with a host in a while. Chris was helpful, friendly and very respectful. having sole use of the main bathroom is such a bonus and a luxury. I will be booking in again with this legend when I am in the south London area for sure. Thank Chris!

Chris was great to stay with. As a first time TDB host he was very open to feedback on ways to improve the experience for me and future guests. The location is well connected with multiple rail options so getting in and out of central London each day was very easy. I would be more than happy to stay there again and highly recommend this place to anyone else looking to stay there
