Large double room with king bed on first floor of a beautiful Victorian townhouse, opposite the Racecourse. This house is is steeped with character.

20 minute walk to Royal & Derngate. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Close to nice restaurants and top notch bakery/cafe for coffee.

-new oak king size sleigh bed and mattress.

-shower room next door which is shared with the lodger (works full-time and uses it every afternoon).

-claw foot bath is available for use (on request).

-sheets and towels provided.

-shared kitchen. Happy to make a space in the fridge & cupboard to store food.

-welcome to sit in the garden.

-bus stop 2 minute walk from house.

Parking:
Free on-street parking outside the house. Garage on premises (on request).

Things to note:
We have a small Dog and Cat. Our Dog is hypoallergenic and lovely natured. The Cat you’d be lucky to see as he keeps to himself.
