What does this mean?

Spacious double room in lovely city centre flat

Sharing with theatre professional host.

Recently done up gorgeous light filled 10th floor flat overlooking Library of Birmingham and The Rep.

Lovely interiors: new bed, mattress, down duvet, blackout blinds, everything very high quality and characterful.

Super close to shops, bars and all city centre amenities plus on the canal for lovely walks.

Separate kitchen, living room, bathroom with electric shower and balcony - now with windows for views over city. Electric heating.

The block is a great community of people, all ages, all backgrounds, very friendly and fob controlled entry.

Parking by arrangement.

I love plants …the flat has lots of plants in it and a community garden at its base - a 10th floor garden and private outdoor space for summer.

Guest Parking

Free unreserved parking available outside the flat by arrangement. Busy overnight but plenty of spaces in the day. Permit available and must be used otherwise wardens will ticket. It's open air and unsecured but generally fine.

The Area and Transport

Very central - accommodation is just behind the Library of Birmingham and The Rep and very close to all amenities. Hippodrome and Alexandra Theatres within 15 min walk, all well lit. Bus, tram and trains all in walking distance.

This space is shared with 1 Host.

I live in the flat during the week only usually leaving the city on Thursday and returning Monday so guests have it to themselves over the weekend. I'm not there during the day as out of work.

Both bedrooms have lockable door. Kitchen, bathroom, living room are shared.
